**Please note – this is an appointment request not an actual booking. We have to evaluate travel time, our current case load, and what supplies and equipment we have with us before calling you back to confirm or adjust a certain time or day you’ve requested.
*For non-Concierge (aka not subscribed) clients: If a deposit is required, the deposit will be applied to the final cost of the service. The deposit is applied as an account credit and so it is transferable but is not refundable.

*️For Euthanasia appointments, full payment is required prior to our arrival at your appointment. Any changes in your aftercare wishes can be accommodated and the billing adjusted. See our Policy and Fee page for more details.
