Home Euthanasia FAQ

What are the actual Prices?

Why do I have to pay before you arrive?

Once we arrive at your home we have already spent time and resources to prepare for your visit, and once we render Euthanasia services, we have no recourse for non-payment.

What if I need to cancel.

If something happens before we arrive and you need to cancel (not reschedule) please call as soon as possible. We will always work with you. If we are en route to your house a cancellation fee may apply.

How does the billing process work?

To secure your appointment we require a deposit at the time of booking, and full payment prior to our arrival. All of this can be paid online. Your bill and receipt will be emailed to the main account holder.

Who can be there for our appointment?

We want you and your family to be as comfortable and supported as possible during this difficult time. We gladly welcome any and all loved ones to be as present as they want or need to be.

My house isn’t clean, I’m embarrassed to have people see it.

Can my other pets be present?

Just like humans at the appointment, we welcome all family – four legged and two legged alike. We just ask that if your furry family poses a safety risk by trying to play with or eat our equipment you help to keep them safe and under control.

If I have already paid, but my pet passes before the appointment?

Let us know as quickly as possible. We can refund your payment – or if you would like help with the aftercare (cremation with or without returns) we can still come help and do a partial refund.

I’m not sure how to do this, it’s my first pet…

Tell me what you are concerned about. Let me know this is your first time doing this and you’re uncertain. ASK me anything – seriously. I will spend as much time talking to you as you need me to – I will truthfully answer all questions, and even help you find the best fit for your needs, even if that is not us.
