Please review our policies regarding payment, fees, and appointments below:
- We do not charge additional fees for evening, night and weekend appointments. The prices for the aftercare plans listed below are the total cost.
- A payment link will be sent via email when your appointment is scheduled. Payment is required prior to us arriving for your appointment. Call us if there is a problem or concern with this policy.
- We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and Scratch Pay. We do not accept personal checks.
- Scratch Pay is the only payment plan we currently accept. Click here to apply – Scratch Pay
- The listed fees apply to all pets up to 150 pounds. Please contact us for pets weighing 150 to 250 pounds.
- No fees to reschedule with 24 hours notice.
- No fees to cancel with 48 hours notice.
- Cancelation with less than 48 hours notice will be charged $100 (waived for existing concierge clients)
- Same day cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) and rescheduling on the day of your appointment to another day will be charged $500 since other families have been turned away to accommodate the time you booked. (we will work with you if extenuating circumstances exist)
- No fees to change your aftercare plan at any time prior to or during your appointment.
- Full refund will be issued if your pet passes away and you notify us at least 1 hour prior to your appointment time. If we are en-route or have already arrived, there will be a house call fee of $215 and we will be able to assist with aftercare needs if desired.
Scheduling
We do WANT to help you in your pet’s time of need! We cannot always answer and respond 24/7 due to other patient and community obligations. We will respond as soon as we can. Sometimes this is right away or the end of the day or the next day.
Appointments are required for service. We often have same day and next day appointments but this cannot be guaranteed. We ask that payment be made prior to our arrival at your appointment. Changes in your aftercare wishes can be accommodated and billing adjusted once we arrive.

You can request an appointment online. Please visit our Request an Appointment Page and select the day and time that best fits your schedule. We will contact you to confirm the appointment, gather any additional information we may need, and send any forms and payment links as soon as possible.
You can also email, text us, or call. Please tell us your location, type of pet and ideal time frames (example: between 6 and 9pm tonight or tomorrow after 4pm).
