Payment Options:
	Wildflower Traveling Vet is happy to accept the following forms of payment: Credit & Debit Cards Payments Cash (prior arrangement only) Checks (current clients and prior arrangement only) The House Call and Exam fee should be paid prior to our arrival. Full Payment is expected at the time of services rendered, and very much appreciated. We do not offer in house payment plans – we do offer Scratch Pay, a payment plan option from a 3rd party vendor.

The House Call and Exam fee should be paid prior to our arrival. Full Payment is expected at the time of services rendered, and very much appreciated.

We do not offer in house payment plans – we do offer Scratch Pay, a payment plan option from a 3rd party vendor.

	House Call with Exam – $215 (plus any travel) This is our basic House Call and physical exam fee. This will be charged most times we come to your home for a visit. There are times when a follow up or some other reason for us to come out does not require this fee but the majority of the time this fee applies. Extended Travel Fee: (See Our Service Area Page) Addresses inside a 30 mile radius are $215 (house call and complete exam for first pet, additional pets require an exam but not another house call charge). We are happy to accommodate travel outside of the 30 mile service area, but the rate will be $245 for a house call (includes the exam fee for the first pet) and an additional $2 per mile beyond the original 30 miles. 	Sick Visit – $215 (plus any travel, and treatment) Our basic House Call and physical exam fee still apply upfront, and we will send an estimate as best we can based on a phone conversation with you about the situation. Any and all treatments rendered, medications given and or scripted during the visit, and materials/supplies used will be itemized on the final invoice which is due at the end of the visit and may change the final cost significantly. Any medications called into the pharmacy will be your responsibility to pay for. Weekends and Holidays: We do NOT charge any additional fees for weekend visits! We do reserve the right to charge an additional premium for certain holidays – though we are open during most holidays and will still provide an estimate as usual.
