-Includes a prescription submitted to our online pharmacy for 1 year of Bravecto. Bravecto is an oral chewable that lasts for 3 months for flea and tick prevention. The cost of Bravecto is not included in this package. The cost through our online pharmacy is comparable to all online pharmacies.

-You can register with Zoetis PetCare Rewards to receive up to $18 for each pet to use towards future veterinary care with any veterinarian. Zoetis is the manufacturer of ProHeart12.

-Includes ProHeart12 manufacturer guarantee. If your pet is diagnosed with whipworms, hookworms, roundworms, or tapeworms at any time while on ProHeart12, the manufacturer will pay $100 towards treatment.
–The manufacturer will pay for the injectable medication that treats heartworms, $1000 towards heartworm treatment, and for a one year supply of ProHeart if your dog is diagnosed with heartworms while on ProHeart. **You must have a second heartworm test done that is negative in 6 months to activate this offer. It takes 6 months from being bitten by a mosquito to develop adult heartworms in the heart that results in a positive test.

-This offer is for HEALTHY adult dogs only and does not include prescribing or managing other medications.

-Must provide proof of last rabies and DAPPi, not more than 3 months past due, for vaccines to be 3 year vaccines. Otherwise, vaccines will be one year vaccines.

-The vaccines included in the Core Vaccine Canine Wellness Package are recommended for all dogs regardless of lifestyle.

-If you would like us to address issues or concerns found on physical exam or brought up at the time of the visit, a future housecall visit for $215 will need to be scheduled. Examples: limping, lumps/bumps, skin problems, allergies, etc.

-If your pet is too sick to be vaccinated at the time of the visit, you will be charged for the housecall visit and exam and we will offer treatment options.

-Bordetella (kennel cough) and Influenza are Non-Core, add-on vaccines and are only needed depending on lifestyle. They are NOT included in the Core Vaccine Canine Wellness Package.

-Annual wellness bloodwork and a fecal to test for intestinal parasites are recommended but NOT included in the Core Vaccine Canine Wellness Package.

-If you elect to become a concierge patient at the time of the visit, you will receive one month of Trupanion Pet Insurance at no additional cost. You will need to activate the no obligation offer for coverage to begin.
